 Lotus and the Wildflower released their first EP titled
Toes in the Water_ August 2014 . The album has been described as sweet and earthy.
​" The perfect road trip album " says one of their fans.

Filled with  thought provoking lyrics , Carina writes from her heart. The album is a mix of upbeat sunny tracks of dancing in the rain alongside heavy hearted songs of activism concerning issues which are important to her.

You will find one love song " Who Are You"  included on the 7 track album.

"Who Are You was one of the first songs I ever wrote. I was 18 years old . Back in the days of young love and wondering where life will lead . It was a partially finished song which finally came to completion 16  years later ! 
I appreciate how some songs can take extended journeys to grow into their finished self. -Carina
